MontiPower Bristle Blaster®

Bristle blaster is most frequently used for removal of unwanted films and layers of corrosion that can form on metallic surfaces. Common applications include cleaning, preparation, and refurbishment of iron and steel components that are used for fabricating bridges, ships, and pipeline systems.

Using the Bristle Blaster®, the need for complex abrasive blast equipment is completely eliminated. Consequently, Bristle Blasting is perfect for weld seam preparation and widely used for pipeline repair.

The Bristle Blaster removes corrosion and creates an anchor pattern or profile in one single step.

The “hardened” wire bristle tips rotate and kinetic energy is created as the tips strike the surface. The tips instantly retract with the paint particles and other corrosive debris and leaves a clean metal surface.

MBX Vinyl Zapper

MBX Vinyl Zapper removes vinyl, decals, pinstripes, reflective tape and adhesives quickly and easily in a single operation. Performing on metal, glass, wood and fiberglass, the Vinyl Zapper strips vinyl without damaging paint or harming the underling surface.

The unique eraser wheel is designed with noched “fingers” that grab the edge of the vinyl and peel it from the surface. Vinyl and adhesive residue are both removed without damaging paint or harming the underlying material. Mulitiple layers of vinyl – old or new – can be removed at one time in hot or cold weather6.
