BITUWRAP 1000 Bitumen Tape
A Medium to Heavy-Duty Cold Applied Bitumen/PVC Pipewrap for use where a tough conformable pipewrap coating is required.
Bituwrap 1000 Bitumen Tape has a Self-Adhesive Anti-corrosion bituminous rubber compound that provides a Self Sealing Sheath over the pipeline substrate.
Bituwrap 1000 Bitumen Tape is designed for use on Above and Below Ground Pipelines. Also Because of its conformable nature it can easily be used on Pipeline Bends, Joints and Fittings. It can also be used for joint sealing of RC Pipes and Concrete Culverts.

SYSTEM COMPONENTS
GUARDIAN Petrolatum Primer prepares the surface, filling in minor surface imperfections.
GUARDIAN Petrolatum Mastic profiles sharp projections and fills crevices.
GUARDIAN Petrolatum Tape encapsulates the profiled substrate in an impermeable plastic sheath.
GUARDIAN Overwrap PVC Tape provides additional mechanical strength to the system.
GUARDIAN Overwrap UV Tape (optional) provides UV protection.
SHELF LIFE
Minimum of Two Years if stored in original unopened packaging.

GUARDIAN Bituwrap 1650 Tape is designed for use on Buried or Submerged Pipelines. The GUARDIAN Bituwrap 1650 Tape is conformable, allowing it to be used on Pipeline Bends, Joints and Fittings. Also for use as a Joint Sealing on RC Pipes and Concrete Culverts.
